Executive Crew is a distinguished network of senior Black executives committed to authoring the next 50 years of Black leadership in corporate America. Founded by Felicia Mayo, we exist to build pipelines into and within corporate, create generational wealth that lasts, and protect access and equity for the communities we come from. If not us, then who?
We are senior leaders with 25+ years of corporate experience at companies including Tesla, Nike, Block, AWS, Microsoft, Cisco, ServiceNow, General Motors, and Goldman Sachs. Spanning HR, finance, technology, sales, legal, and operations, our crew is bound by one belief — we have a responsibility to those coming up behind us, and the experience to deliver on it.
Our work is anchored in three pillars. Emerging Leaders — we develop the corporate pipeline through executive mentorship and the Internship Readiness Program. Generational Wealth — we empower families to build lasting legacies through investment literacy and seeding Black founders. Community Impact — we advocate for equity, access, and the visibility of underrepresented communities. Together, we are steering toward a brighter, more equitable future.
